Stephanie Collins has been practicing yoga since she was 12 years old and for the last five years, has called Nova Scotia home. The yin yoga class at Body Solace Studio was actually what inspired her to become a yin yoga teacher. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Joyful Yoga Studio and her Yin Yoga teacher training through the Therapeutic Approach Yoga Studio. Her favorite style of yoga classes to teach include yin yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra (or even better, a combination of all three) and tends toward a slow, gentle style of teaching with fun poses that include variations so everyone can enjoy their time on the mat. Stephanie is also interested in nutrition, particularly animal nutrition, gardening, and camping.
