Remember: Whole food is meant to nourish and help us live longer and healthier lives… prepackaged, processed foods will not do that.
Our meal plans, created by Lorraine Crowe (Body Solace co-owner and certified Holistic Nutrition Coach), are designed to get back to a healthier lifestyle by making our own foods, and by taking the time for us that we so desperately need.
*Please note that the meal plans are made to be used as a guideline for your week. One day can be changed with another, etc. (We want you to make this work with your schedule!) And the recipes are here to help you to find new ways to eat whole foods. The meal plan is not something you have to follow exactly, but a way of having healthy meals to choose from.
The meal plan also has a grocery list at the bottom to let you know what ingredients you will need for each of the week’s recipes.
