FAQs about Our Workout Videos
Our workout videos (including fitness, Yoga, and Pilates) are right around 30-minutes. Our stretching sequences can vary between 5-15 minutes in length.
We always recommend that you go at your own pace when you’re new to an exercise program (and even when you’re experienced!). If you’re new to working out/to Yoga/to Pilates, then try watching the video first to get an idea of what to do, and then try it yourself. Our videos are all descriptive as to how to do each exercise, and we’re always available to answer any questions you may have!
We advise that you have a yoga mat, and a set of dumbbells (having both a mid-heavy set, and a lighter set is ideal). You don’t have to spend a fortune to get fit. Places like Walmart and Canadian Tire have inexpensive but perfectly good dumbbells, yoga mats, resistance bands, etc. And of course, using things like water bottles, soup cans, etc. can work in a pinch!
As long as you have enough space for a yoga mat and the ability to reach your arms out and up, you’re good! Push the coffee table out of the way and make the space for your workouts each day. It is possible, and you are worth it!
Yes! We have a Meal Plan Only Membership that includes weekly meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists, as well as bonus handouts and access to our Facebook group community to keep you on track.
Our online membership is a great balance for a gym membership. Whether you take our workout videos with you on your phone into the free-weight room, or whether you alternate between doing our videos at home and going to classes when it works out with your schedule, the options are endless!
And, if you’re busy enough with your gym membership and you don’t want our workouts, then our Meal Plan Only Membership is a great way to fuel yourself and eat healthy without paying extra for the workout videos.

FAQs about Our Meal Plans
While this isn’t a weight-loss program specifically, you may experience weight-loss, as well as increased energy(!), as a side effect. We incorporate a lot of anti-inflammatory and easily digestible foods in our meal plans, making them sustainable for a healthy lifestyle.
No problem! We get that you’re busy, which is why we suggest making this work for YOU. Choose which recipes you will use on which days, and don’t get hung up on things like which day to eat what. Choose the meals that work for you, on the days that work for you.
Yes! Part of Holistic Nutrition is eating seasonal, fresh foods, so each week we put together our meal plans based on the season and what is currently fresh and readily available. You’ll be using fresh produce at its peak, and you won’t have a hard time finding it at the grocery store/Farmer’s Market!
The recipes include variations so you can easily adjust them (and the shopping lists) to suit your personal tastes, plus your welcome email contains a Food Swaps guide to help you with future recipes and meal planning. And, we’re happy to help you find an alternative to any recipe that will still give you the nutrition value for your meal.
We design our meals to take anywhere from 10-minutes to 40-minutes to make and most meals don’t require preparation ahead of time. If a recipe does require meal prep, we make sure you’re well aware beforehand.
While we’re proud that our meals are quite easy and quick to make, we also want to remind you that part of Holistic Nutrition is about slowing down to enjoy the preparation of your meal as well. Consider that the time you spend making your food is part of your self-care routine and allow yourself to enjoy the time that it takes to prepare a wholesome, nutritious meal for yourself and your household.
We will send you a weekly meal plan every Friday via email, as well as coinciding recipes and grocery lists for the meal plan. Every week, we will also send an educational handout out to you via email as well. We also encourage you to join our private, interactive Facebook community where there is lots of sharing of ideas, tips, Q&A, as well as motivation to keep you on track. And of course, we’re always available to answer any questions you may have!

FAQs about Payment & Membership
After you join you will receive a welcome email from us that details how to access the Virtual Studio, and you will receive immediate access to the current week’s meal plan, recipes, grocery list, workout schedule, and workout video library (*Meal Plan Only members will not have access to the workouts). The email will also contain a link to the Facebook group, and we encourage you to join the community as there is lots of additional insight shared on a daily basis!
From there, you will start receiving our weekly emails, which go out every Friday, with the upcoming week’s meal plan, workout schedule, additional information, and tips, etc.

If you are purchasing an Online Membership or Meal Plan Only Membership, please know that those are subscription-based products. As a member, you will be charged the amount indicated upon initial purchase every 30 days. This will be charged to the credit card you gave to us on initial signup, or via Paypal if you chose this as a payment option.
You will be charged 30 days from the date of your initial purchase.
You can unsubscribe and cancel your payments at any time. Simply do so in your Account area when logged in to the Virtual Studio, or get in touch with us.
Note: Unless you notify Body Solace Studio before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the monthly subscription fee for such subscription using the credit card you gave us on initial signup, or the PayPal account used.
When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Virtual Studio until the remaining month is up. Then, your membership will be cancelled; you will no longer have access and you will no longer be charged.
