6-week Intro to Yoga Program
Interested to try yoga? Want a better understanding of the basics? Stepped away from your mat and need a refresher?
We’re excited to host a 6-week Intro to Yoga program, led by our dear friend and fellow yogi Tara Glidden-Chapman!
Over the course of six-weeks, expect to learn basic poses, breathing techniques, common modifications to build poses to suit YOU (and not the other way around), as well as common sequences you’ll likely come across in a public yoga class.
Learn the basics and build the foundations to step into a public yoga class with confidence!
*This program is tailored for beginners of any age, and there will be a 15-person maximum, for optimal learning and personalized guidance.

Back-Bending with Jen
Back-bending can often be intimidating because we are asking the bodies to move in a way that we aren’t used to. Habitually, we are rounded forward in our day to day lives, so come open your heart & mind, and practice some safe backbends!
Learn how to do them safely and effectively for your body and level of practice.
*All levels welcome

Jen began teaching in 2005 after completing her first teacher training program through The Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto, and a second with David Gellineau and David Robson of Catfish Yoga Shala. She feels blessed to have had the opportunity to travel and study under many respected teachers, such as Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois, Sharath, Ron Reid, Darby, Richard Freeman, David and Doug Swenson, Danny Paradise, Dharma Mittra, and Patrick Beach.
Jen has also been practicing massage therapy for 18 years now and studying Osteopathy.
