Intro to Yoga Program
Interested to try yoga? Want a better understanding of the basics? Stepped away from your mat and need a refresher? We’re excited to host another 6-week Intro to Yoga program, led by our dear friend and fellow yogi Tara Glidden-Chapman!
Over the course of six-weeks, expect to learn basic poses, breathing techniques, common modifications to build poses to suit YOU (and not the other way around), as well as common sequences you’ll likely come across in a public yoga class.
Learn the basics and build the foundations to step into a public yoga class with confidence!
*This program is tailored for beginners of any age, and there will be a 15-person maximum, for optimal learning and personalized guidance.
