I hope you have been able to enjoy some of this amazing fall weather we have been having so far, even as the days, and especially evenings, start to get a little cooler.
Today I wanted to let you know that we are running a 30 Day Fall Reset Challenge starting next Monday!

Maybe you are already a member at Body Solace Studio (Yay! You’re awesome!), but what about those other three categories? I have a feeling there are at least one or two that you are struggling with… am I right? We want to help you create the healthy life you have been wanting!
You will get all the tools you need to work on your healthy living plan. And here’s more good news – it’s all connected! So, therefore, it’s not that hard! When we fix one area, another one also gets better.
- When you eat healthily, you have more energy
- When you have more energy, you will be motivated to work out
- When you work out, you are less stressed
- When you are less stressed, you sleep better.

We are going to have a Facebook Group for you with motivation and fun challenges to do, along with a weekly meal plan with recipes for you to be able to choose from. I wanted to show you a sample of one of the recipes that will be included!
